okay, here´s the first wip: The 2D plans of the design. This is how I normaly start. The left side of the building is for offices with balconies and more open in the design. The right, solid corpus is planned to be monolithic (maybe stone or concrete).
The space in between has the function of a "piaza". The light comes through
the light-band around the solid square, the entrance in the back and through some openings in the walls. The design (and the picture later) focuses on the big stair. Also the light-band in the ceiling, which leads to a high window in the end. All directions lead to this stair and opening. The green circles are NO pillars .....now it´s time to beginn with the 3D model
