Problems with glass

Hi, I'm just trying to get back into using Cinema. Really making a lot more progress now but the one stumbling block I have is that my glass always has funny artifacts around the edge of it..

 

I'll post an image in a sec but it's annoying the hell out of me. Any suggestions.

 

I'm using Radiosity if that makes a difference.

for some reason when I put a fill in light in the room at the front it make the glass go a funny colour... am I being stupid?

Are you rendering on Best Antialiasing?

Do you have a map or image on your glass texture? if so is the texture scaled to fit the object?

If you are using radiosity you do not need the glass to accept or receive GI, or just have the light Scene panel to Exclude the Glass folder.

Not using best Antialiasing but just doing gemometry. Turning it on seems to have sorted most of it.

 

Turned off GI for the glass materials and also refraction which has helped too I think.
