    Default niall browne - wip

back to chall.2. w/ layers of light multiplying through damp air shortly after rain. some sort of air-raid spotlights too. also some compositional issues to address. more wip shortly.

I like what you did with rain in challenge 3 - very interested to see how you create the impression of damp atmosphere

reassembling scene bit by bit. was supposed to be another wip before this but can't find it. buried somewhere in the mess. big cleanup required.

    Hi Niall,

I love b&w photo and your work looks very fine but the sky.
It is appears dull while washed out of any details.
I think putting a little bit of clouds or gradient could work well.

    Regards
    Marcin

You're right Marcin. The high contrast B+W is sparky for little postcard studies but is not necessarily suitable for final image. also right about simple gradient tones. sky should'nt be that dark either. low cloud cover should pick up light from city below.

final WIP attached. found render that was supposed to be second WIP but then could'nt find render for final WIP so scanned a print instead. scanning print brought new colours into what was funny yellow monochrome image. tempting to try this for final but won't as i need to go to sleep.

    'night all.
