Hi all
could anybody tell me any website where i can read about deconstruction style in architecture i knew architects like Frank gehry & zaha hadid .... But i want to read About how they thinking while design (The theory) & if i could find some of thair drawings plans sections sketches it will be very helpful studing this direction many thanks Best regards Mohamed Ahmed |

Start looking for Jacques Derrida (recently dead), Rem Koolhaas, Peter Eisenman and Bernard Tschumi. I believe that this names will give you a better idea, specialy Derrida who developed the philosophic principles of deconstructivism.

constructivism was an artistic movement in Russia from 1914 onward, which dismissed "pure" art in favour of art used as an instrument for social purposes (namedly, the construction of the socialist system).
you should definitely look back to this era for more ideas on this. people like Tatlin and those around him did really fantastic stuff and their work is useful even from a pure graphic design perspective. I love the ambition in their architecture and ideas. good luck. |
