Go to menu View - 3D views - Current UCS or World UCS

how do you mean angular?? do you mean its doesn't line through with the horizontal and vertical lines of the drawing? will it not just be the case that the drawing has been done with north pointing directly vertical??

I think if you determine the angle to that world UCS and start a new drawing and insert it as a block it will correct it for you although you may have to rotate it when in the new drawing.

if a drawing demands that you set your ortho lines to follow a certain angle and you dont want to rotate the drawing then you can use the command.

snapang then simply click the basepoint of an angled line and click somewhere along its lenght -

this will set your UCS to the angle of the desired line.

This way you can set your ortho off that lines angle not the standard straight up and down setting....
