Camby1298 Posted June 27, 2006 Share Posted June 27, 2006 Through your computer's control panel, there is a mouse icon, open it up. On one of the tabs on the top there will be a wheel call out, where there will be a wheel trouble shooter toward the bottom (if you have windows XP). thickly Posted June 30, 2006 Author Share Posted June 30, 2006 just wanted to say thanks for the replies -- the "Compatible with Office '97" did the trick -- now one of my co-workers has the same issue and that option is not available under his Control Panel/Mouse/Wheel menu. With mbuttonpan, what value do you enter after the command? I think you can only enter "0" or "1" -- but I can't seem to get anything to work on his machine.
