This is pretty basic.

1. diffuse glow
2. add monochromatic grain
3. watercolor filter

I always make a copy of my image, add an effect, overlay the two and get the blend I want via layer transparency.

One very basic concept to match a photo and a rendering is to add grain to both, often times you'll have a blurry photo and a clean rendering and they wont mix, grain makes them mix.

Hope this helps.

Nice work man but still i think for a basic image it can be a bitter more dramatic..wine glasses and bottle needs a lil more work and some area shadows will bump up the reality some more...just my c&c
