Glass and textures in general need a lot of work. At the moment your glass is plastic panels.
Take it into Photoshop and shift-Magic Wand select all the glass then copy a photo of the surrounding area and Past Into. Play with the opacity and the contrast on that layer and you'll see a big improvement. Glass does also need transparency however and that can only be done at render time. This has real potential with just a bit of work.

Actually I find a polygon with the reflection image mapped to it works better.
