How eliminate the "Missing Dlls" warning?

Well that rather depends on which DLLs are missing.

If its a renderer (like vRay or finalRender) then switching the renderer back to scanline (or one that you do have installed) should fix it.

If its an object that's missing (such as a natFX tree) then they will have been replaced by a simple cube - should be easy to spot in the scene.

If its a material (such as any of the specialist materials for renderers like vRay) then you'll need to check the scene materials list for anything listed as 'missing material' - the same applies if its a map that's missing.

If its a modifier (like Greeble) then things are going to be more interesting as you'll have to go through each object to find the missing one.

Generally for all of these cases a quick MAXScript will probably be the quickest way to find and rectify the issue.
