    Default New development in Texas

This is a rendering of a townhome community going up in Ft. Worth Texas. I know that the background is pixelated, and I plan to add some additional landscaping once I get the final render done, so other than that, any comments please.

Your image is looking good so far. As you mentioned, you should really try to get a higher resolution background image or edit the one you have in Photoshop. Even though the building is white, the sun should cast some warmth (add a slightly yellowish color to your sun source). Glass reflections are generally nice, but some weird lines are showing in the glass of the half octagonal tower portion. There is a road texture orientation problem on the left (could be fixed in pp). Make sure your cars obey traffic rules. They both seem like they might be on the wrong side of the street (for Texas)-that is unless it is a one-way. If the blue car is parked, you usually can't park that close to the corner curb. That car maybe would be oriented the other direction and moved down the street some. When you get to the landscaping, I recommend choosing car colors that coordinate with your landscaping so that they don't overpower the scene. Looking forward to your final product. Keep us posted.

    3DIFX:

    Thank you for the comments.

THe weird lines in the glass are the reflection of the parking garage accross the street so they are correct.

Both streets are actually one way streets and the blue car would be driving and the white one is parked. I was going to try and show some motion of the moving car in photoshop.

I should be finishing up the final image today, so I will post when I am done.
