Vray frame buffer vs. MAX frame buffer

The image quality should be the same. The Vray frame buffer is just like max's own but on steroids. It will allow you to view your image with custom gamma, it will show you which colors are "burned out" ie too bright. It will also show you selectively all the g-buffer channels you might have rendered out (like z-depth, raw lighting, GI etc) and let you save those individually. And much more.

The only problem is net-rendering a large image to the vray buffer - will lead to a crash. This is probably fixed in the latest release.
