Clock Tower Model?

I've been asked to do a rendering that incorporates the clock tower style clock shown in the image. Any chance anyone has seen a model like this anywhere? I'd like to do it myself, but don't think I have the time.

There are some models on the archidom site like that.
I downloaded one but it was more like an elaborate grandfather clock than a clock tower.
