Unable to save render

Hello, has anyone ever had an issue with saving out a rendering after it is complete? V-ray goes the whole way through the rendering process (3024x1260) and everything looks great. When i try to clone the frame buffer or save the image out to any format, .jpg, .bmp etc. I get an error message saying V-ray can not save the file.

I have had this problem several times. If the image is already rendered out and you don't want to re-render you can just save the render in chunks by saving as a "print screen" image and then clip and piece the images together in Photoshop until you have the complete render. I actually used a program called SnagIt to do this once. It's a quick work around if you don't have time to re-render using the Open Exr format.

yea MazenSamir and jophus14 give you right solve.

it happens when you have not enough memory.

use Vray frame buffer and save image in *.vrimg or *.exr (RC5 and older version can save image directly in EXR format). with VFB image didn`t take memory because image will write on hard disk from bucket to bucket
