Wireframe

Recommended Posts

I have a question when it comes to overlaying wireframes over other image in photoshop. Check out this post for an idea of what i am trying to do. http://www.cgarchitect.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=5;t=000123

I am currently using viz4 as the rendering package. But when I render a wireframe model I get a black background. So how are you suppose to get a transparent background so you can overlay the wireframe without having to fade or erase?

Screen is just another blending mode. When you overlap to layers and set the topmost to screen-*BM, the 'whites' of the top layer are added to the ones underneath. 'Screen' is the opposite BM of 'multiply', where the 'blacks' are added together.
