Error report upon exiting Max?

Hi, I'm new here, and Iit's too bad this post had to be somewhat negative!

 

Something strange has been happening lately. Whenever I exit the program after having used arch and design materials, I get some strange "unhandled exception" error report about 2-3 seconds AFTER quitting.

 

Nothing seems out of the ordinary when the program is on, Mr/Max work, the arch and design mats and all other libs work, I can save renders etc...nothing's wrong, but I do get that message after exiting.

 

...bit unexplainable. Has anyone had a similar experience?
