no voice on DVD

Hi guys, Y'day I had posted one thread With the title "no voice on DVD". I dont know where it has lost. So I am posting here... Recently I have bought chris nicholas's DVD for ext illmn. on line ie. I have downloaded the files... The problem is when I am playing it there is no background voice. I mean the DVD is without any voice. Its difficult to understand the things without explanation..Only in the introduction file there is voice.. Can any one tell me what could be the problem. I would appreciate any help...

I am really sorry for that.. but I really dont know where to post such threads.. Next time I will take care.. But I really want help for my DVD's problem.

the actual chapter files are quicktime movies (they're just embedded into the director app.) Try reinstalling or updating your quicktime software.

Anytime you don't know where to post a thread, it would probably end up in general discussions if it's something within our industry (such as this) or off-topic it it's not relevant.

Try contacting the people at Gnomon. I'm sure they will help you with that.

definately call or email Gnomon with your receipt number and contact info... they have been great with helping me out in the past with problems.
