Default Bathroom Tiles material

What is the best way to create materials for bathroom wall / floor tiles? Is there a way that I can mix a tile material with a vray material?

Let me explain a bit better! I have a gold leaf vray material which works great but I want use it to make a golf leaf mosaic tile material so I am trying to work out which channel I can use the tile map type in? The problem is when I use the tile map type in the diffuse channel, the grout lines give me just what I am looking for however I still get a diffuse colour mixing with my vray material. Is there anyway to just show the grout?

I think you need to explain it a little clearer as what you've wrote is quite confusing. Maybe some screengrabs would help too. I'm sure it's easily sorted, I just don't know what the problem you're having is I'm afraid.

I know what you mean and there's always a way around this type of thing. Can you possibly post a scene with a single object and that material so I or someone else can help as its probably going to be a lenthy explanation...
