Now to the question:

 

I have a 5gig uncomp video I like to give to client so they can share via internet, cd, dvd and tv. Which compression method should I use? I have adobe premeire and Sony Studio.

There isn't one compression format that will work since you have so many different ways you want to share the content. For all of them except DVD you can use either a windows media player format or quick time, you'll have to play with the compression settings and resolution sizes to find the ones that will work best. For DVD you can also use Premiere's built in DVD authoring software which isn't the best but works pretty good.
