Photoshop CS5 Painting - A Painter Killer???

I briefly looked at the web videos for Photoshop CS5's new painting tool. Looks close to some of what Painter can do in regards to bristles and turning a photo into a "painting". Does anyone think this will be a Painter killer in the future? Corel Painter still has a lot of features that this release of Photoshop does not, but do we see more of those functions coming to later releases? I wonder how Corel will keep up?

Rotate canvas, new to CS4, was probably a bigger hit to painter. You could always rotate your canvas in Painter i think, but
you couldn't in PS 'til CS4... best update to photoshop ever.
