Looks good - I actually like the glowing effect - gives it a warm feel. The only thing that I really noticed that looked wrong is the sheet over the bed - I can see the polygon lines. Perhaps run a mesh-smooth on it?

I too like the glow effect, though it illustrates the picture as though something is going to happen rather than show off the space. I would get rid of the shoes, or change them. They appear to be atheletic shoes and i would change them to high heels or slippers, but defintly female and to tone them down, push them closer to the side table.

it has a nice feel to it. i like the glow, but i think it might be a little strong on the bed.

i think the week part of the image is the lower left. i think this area might need deeper blacks. the whole corner feels like it was mapped on, ...it does not feel the same as the rest of the image.

Nice image. I like the glow too. Is there a tiling problem on the wood of the ceiling? Also the top of the pillow doesn't seem to be laying naturally.

Nice to see someone else is using Mental Ray for architecture too. Seems we're in the minority.

Yep, tiling problem on the ceiling. i'll work on the pillows nex time.
the lower left corner was blurred because i experimented using depth of field.
I agree wit the shoes. I was thinking of a pair of sandals but I had no time to model so i just went with the shoes.
The bed needs smoothing. I still need to study more on making realistic cloth using reactor...

Thanks for the comments and observations. they are really helpful!
