Vray tutorial videos not playing.. pls help

i got vray video tutorials .. but its not playing i tried to play on WMP,REALplayer,DivX,etc.but its giving error message
"Class factory cannot supply requested class"..
whats the problem... i think those avi files r Xvid codec..
from were can i get this codec for free....

its xvid..i dont know if its for free, i got my xvid codec from a mental ray dvd i recently purchased.

If you have codec problems, get a software called "gspot", is free, and it tells you what codec (both audio and video) you need to play the file.

Also, dont wanna eb rude, but this isnt MAX related, try on the "third party renderers" or GENERAL forum.
