Hi.

I realy tried to help myself by googling days and days but i can´t find a solution

to my problem.

I can only see colours but no preview of the materials in my viewport.

Most things are grey. I tried everthing.

Maybe there´s no other way as to reinstall max.

Can´t anyone give me a little help?:(

I found this in another thread...It might work...

http://forums.cgarchitect.com/32574-vray-material-not-visible-viewport-demo.html

Anyway, I found out the solution why the vray materials where black:

The global lightning was set to zero!

I opened up Meny-->Rendering-->Environment

Under the Global lightning, set Tint: white and Level: 1.0
