Very useful tool for someone that has never delved into importons and irradiance before. One note, would it be possible for the tool to automatically disable final gather when irradiance is enabled? This tripped me up a little bit when I was messing around with it just because of my noob-ness when it comes to MR. Regardless, I was able to achieve exceptional results from strictly HDR lighting using your tool, so for that I thank you sir!

Hi Guys,

Render Optimizer Update build (20110918)...

I have added three string Option.

- "importon emitted" If specifies the total number of importons to emit and overrides the "importon density" string option. The options are similar, but "importon emitted" specifies the value which is independent of the image resolution and thus is better for tuning.

- "rast hair disposable" improve the memory

- "hair caps" The hair endings may be flat or rounded caps. A global option allows to control the creation of caps for all hair objects in a scene in case of ray tracing.

have fun!
