need advive for I7 2600K and MB

Hi There,

 

i am building a pc with an I7 2600K and have a few questions

 

i will put 8Gb Ram 1333 will 1600 be better i will try to overclock the system (moderatlely )

 

the only Mb available here is the Intel BLKDP67BGB3 (can it be overclocked ?)

my data HD is an WD 1002FAEX 1 TB

will an intel SSD 320 120 GB suffice por the op system and software (3d max, vary, Ps, Sonar etc )????? and will it give me much improvment over plain Hd ?????

also the only USB 3 Ready Case available here is the thermaltake: Armor A60 should i go for it or it is not worth it and i should buy the Inwin ironclad with only USB 2 ????
