Problem with vray shadow pass and glass transperancy

Hi all,

I just hit a brick wall with the VRay Shadow pass in VRay( 3ds max user).

What I have:

1. A wall

2. A glass (thin box object acting as a plaque) in front of the wall

3. A logo in front of the glass

4. A light in front of them all casting shadows

Everything renders perfectly- the logo reflects on the glass surface and the shadows from the logo are going through the glass and hitting the wall.

I am trying to use the VRayShadows pass to isolate the shadows on the wall (from both the logo and the glass). So basically I want to get the shadow pass. And I get it with the only problem that in the VRayShadow pass my glass is completely black and thus hiding the shadows from the logo.

I sill get the shadows from the box on the wall but am missing the shadows of the logo onto the wall. Why is the glass in my VRayShadow pass solid black. It is completely refractive with IOR = 1.0

Any ideas?
