Hello,

Im using Cinema4D R12 with v-ray render and I need help with setting up light in scene.

My scene is pretty simple:

I have one room in a house (that model was imported from Google SketchUp, that I would like to render with C4D Vray.

This is how that room looks like:

I would like to cast shadows and stronger light on the floor as shown here:

This is how my light in scene looks like:

I set it up as Infinite Light with Physical Sun attribute with some minor changes in settings like:

Enabling shadows, turning turbidity to 5 and changing Intensity multipier for Phys Cam to 0.3.

I also set up a camera as a PhysicalVray Camera and changed F-stop to 1 and shutter speed to 6000.

All settings are shown here:

I would really appreciate ANY help with setting up lights in this scene.

Thank you to anyone in advance!

yes, vrayforc4d forum is a good place! Apart from that - I wouldn´t change the default settings of physical sun and sky at the beginning. Usually just play a bit with F-Stop and Shutter of the camera (and be sure that the camera is active!). A good way is also to take a real camera and check what a realworld camera would choose - and then use that in vray.
