Very good but I have one comment.
The head should look smoother and creamer.
Too much air in it .
Now if you animate the pulling and settling of the pint that would be a feat.

As for the 2nd part, working on it. Nice challenge.
O, btw, plz consider i'm a fan of fast rendering, so some quality issues may appear. If it takes longer than a few minutes, it's too long.
