Problem with render window

Hi guys,

This is my first post my name is Jonathan. I'm a student at SCI-Arc. Currently doing an internship and I encounter some weird problem on vray render. When I click render, the render progress window shows its rendering even though it completes the render in 2 seconds which is abnormal. Also, the render window does not show up.
I've read previous post suggesting that I have to go to common tab. Where is that common tab?

The "Common" tab refers to the render setting menu. Hit F10 to open it and the common tab is the first one on the left. I don't know how this would be your problem though.

I have found that a lot of the time my render window opens at the bottom of my monitor, just barely visible above the Windows toolbar. Maybe this is your issue.

As to the 2 second render... so many things could be the case, but my first thoughts are lights being off, GI being off, rendering from a non camera view, the image size being really small, etc...
