There are clearly some knowledgeable people in this sub-forum, I'd be grateful if you chaps could give this build the once over:

This is for home use, so I'm trying to keep it under £900. My main priority is quietness, I'm tired of my Shuttle SP35P2 Pro, sounds like a NASA Shuttle most of the time! I need an mATX case for space reasons. I'd like an Nvidia card for this build, I've heard the Phantom is very quiet and this one seems like a good buy at the moment (not planning to do much GPU rendering). I have a WHS under the stairs, so storage space not really an issue. Thanks in advance!

Sounds solid.
The GTX 560 will be the noisier of your components most likely, so fanless PSUs etc will be a silly choice.
I do believe designs from Asus and Gigabyte are quieter than the Gainward.
