These are all terms that essentially mean the same thing. However, I would say that perspective and illustration sound more artistic and could also refer to a hand-drawn picture. Rendering can also refer to a hand-drawing, but these days is more associated with computer-generated images. Visualization is a more abstract term, but gives the feeling that you are conveying a design or bringing an idea to life.

These all do mean the same things, but they tent to be used for differant things...

When I think of

3d perspective..... I think.... A hand drawing look done on paper, photoshop or basic cad

3d rendering..... I think.... A basic rendering done in 3d softwere

3d visualization...... I think.... A photo realistic rendering done in 3d softwere

3d illustration......I think.... A painted look done with 3d saftwere and photoshop
