Attached is an updated image with most everyone suggestions. The only suggestion I had a problem with, is the sun angle. The problem I'm having is if I adjust to match the existing photo with the current camera angle I loss all the depth of the image.
Any ideas?

I think the sun matching existing would be ok now that you have good tonal separations. If you really want to keep that sun angle I think the existing portion is Photoshop-able. I don't think you have to worry about cars - just the main buildings.

Here's a site question...
I got that site plan from Google Earth. Are there other source to use for this type of Aerial imagery? I know there's Bing/maps that has some nice Aerial shots, just didn't workout for this location, but are there other soures people like to use, paid or not? Besides sending up a balloon myself that is..
