when i make a night view render by shadow setting( 3.00am,11/8,84,48) it make a blue texture in some part of rendered image. for your information to make a night view i give some IES light . if i changed the shadow settig to noon ithen its oky ,but proablem is in making night view.pls can u tell me how can i stop this blue effect and make a real night view?

What are you using to model and to render? What are your render settings?

 

What is the purpose of the "blue texture"? Is it to add ambient light in the night rendering?

I never use any of the automatic sun/sky features for night renderings. Just use direct lights and you will get better results.
