    Hey im back. i Update my settings and here they are

    and a render made with these settings
    renderlast.jpg
    It looks better but i still see a lot of noise and now i have jagged edges. I really don't know what to change.

    Make the Irradiance HSph something like 150.

    lots of noise on the cabinet.

    You have had noise on the cabinet from the 1st image you posted. Chances are the cabinet's material need adjusting.
    While you're at it increase the Max Subdivisions of the DMC Sampler to 8 or higher.

    thanks Ismael. i think increasing the dmc max sub helped. these are at 8 and 32
