"import" a batch render txt file back to batch render dialog

Big scene file with >100 files. Out put name by date like

 

"2014-06-16_my project_cam001.jpg"......"2014-06-16_my project_cam107.jpg"

 

Now need to re-out put by today's date, like

 

2014-07-21_my project_cam001.jpg....... 2014-07-21_my project_cam107.jpg

 

I can export the batch file and edit in txt editor. How can I "import" the batch file with new date back into batch render dialog?

 

Or and way I can do in script editor?
