With just a little clutter and irregularities you can get a lot more realistic picture. Especially the bed sheets need more love. They are the center of your picture. Is the horizon of the background correct? How would the picture be from eye level 160-175 cm hight? You have artificial lights, why not have light come from behind the camera to make your foreground more interesting. The lamp near the bed does not shine on anything.
