The best way is to import your .skp file into a conceptual mass (it will an import option only inside the conceptual mass family). Once you have the .skp file imported into the conceptual mass, you can then import or load that family into your project. It will be a mass inside the Revit project so you will need to create walls/roofs/curtain walls/and floors through the massing options.
