Need tips for Working with a township in lumion

Hey guys. How do i work with a 27 acre township with lumion? I have done all the building models in 3ds max and each building is approx 1,20,000 polys and totally there will be 30 main buildings and 1 club house (vegetation and other decorative objects not included) How do i work with such a big project in lumion, Also at first i need to have an aerial view shot, Should i create a separate low poly of an entire project for the Aerial view shot.. Looking for some tips, Thanks
