xjapanese Posted March 30, 2015 Share Posted March 30, 2015 Hi Guys, I would really appreciate if someone with a Quadro 4000 and higher ( gb ) cards does a simple test.I am not sure if Shell function in 3ds max has to do entirely with the graphic card performance still results might show that . The test : 10m x 10m plane devided in 200 x 200 length segments. Perform and Inset to each polygon ( 0,3sm and delete the polygons). No put a shell function and tell what time does it take so that it it finished the shell operation. I am furstrated how that simple operation is almost impossible for me or takes 1min and 50 sek to be done ( with the risk of crashing the 3ds max ) .. ( radeon r9 270 OC version 2gb) Maybe that is a problem of 3ds max I welcome you thoughts on the subject THanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
