Interior Walkthrough slow render and low quality

Hello, I just tried walkthrough for my first time and got some crucial problems. Render of 20 seconds video took me about 100 hours. Video quality was 24fps and 720p. Second problem is overall quality was bad and you could see weirdly moving pixels on edges and in some complex textures(e.g. texture of natural stone-like wall), don't know how to describe it. I am using max 2012 and vray 2.40.03 So, my questions are, how to make render faster and what should I do to make video look better? Thanks in advance for any answers.

The glittering should disappear if you pre-render the light cache on fly-through(single frame) and the irradiance map on multi-frame incremental (every 10th frame). Then use them from file for the final renders. And for the others I can't really tell onlly from what you described.
