This occured in AuoCAD 2004. It happens when you try to open a file. Nothing fancy, just trying to open a file.

It is not on my machine, and that is a good thing. It is on the oldest in the machine in the office. I think there are ghosts in that computer. I just found it amusing.

Can you give me a hint on how to do that? Thanks.

Hi Tim,

If you're using Viz 2005, go to the Start menu->Programs->Autodesk->Autodesk VIZ 2005->Change Graphics Mode. When (if) VIZ starts, you are offered graphics mode options.

For VIZ 4, create a shortcut to VIZ and edit the Target to something like this:

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk VIZ 4\3dsviz.exe" -h

The "-h" switch is what does the trick. Just add it to the Target path for the shortcut properties. It has to be outside of the double quotes.
