I think it easy could be use for architectural renderings / modelling. With basic 3d knowledge it is easy to get into. I like the interface, it is Clean and neat, all your tools and menus are clever place around the working area. The best of all it is low cost, only 55 EUR for a indvidual and 155 EUR for a Corporate license. I will definitly start using this great piece of software.
