Panorama viewer

EDIT: 06/04 i tried using the scanline and mental ray renderers and they both worked.. so i guess it must be a Vray thing... still looking for a sollution..

 

hi everyone, im having this issue in panorama exporter in which the viewer renders a black screen.. i looked around the web and this forum for an explanation but i havent found much about it.. one user suggested to set adv lighting off? another suggested reset render settings? didnt understant any of them..

 

I used spherical panorama camera with override fov (360) and vertical fov 180, the renderer is vray 3.4 on 3dsmax 2017 64bits
