Relaxing vertices or evenly spacing along z axis only

I'm looking for a method to relax vertices only on the z axis. I've attached a screenshot of the file I'm working in. There were changes made to the grading of this site and now all 100+ driveways need to be fixed. The vertices between the start and end of the driveway need to be smoothed out without losing the shape. Any suggestions?

if you are trying to flatten out the edge, pick all the vertices and scale them in the z direction. make sure "use selection as center" is selected when scaling or they wont go anywhere.
