USA Based Photographer

Recommended Posts

Hi,

We want to create a one stop shop for 3D artists who need stationary items.

Idea is, all models will be available in three different LOD. So that it will feel comfortable in handling a large scene.

I need high quality photos. I am not from the USA. But I know the target customers are mostly based on the USA. So my plan is to hire a photographer there. Or may be find a business partner here.

What could be the cost if I want to hire a photographer? or let me know if you could be a business partner.

All one have to do is to go into one of the largest super shops in the USA and pick photos of every square inches of that shop.

Photos will be like these (but in better resolution and from a better view, I will provide guideline.)

Looking forward to your help guys! :)

Thanks!

Abdullah

What could be the possible reason?

because lawyers and corporate IP laws exist.

We can't even use a single unlicensed photo of specific artwork in a rendering without getting sued. Every square inch of an entire store full of corporate logos, store layouts, product placement strategy and pricing with the intent to sell it? lol - nope.

Why not just buy the stock photos? It'll be cheaper than any photographer you'll find.

And yea, no way will they allow that to happen in the store. The security cameras will nail you. Not just for IP rights and store design rights, but also personal privacy/security concerns. It's bad timing from the whacko nutjob who wanted to plant bombs in a series of a major retailer's stores to get the stock to drop.
