3ds max GPU not working " Exception occurred during rendering" +images

I encounter a problem related to vray at 3ds max on the GPU side, the CPU works perfectly. I installed another v-ray version but without result, the same problem ...

"Error: [VRayRTMax :: renderThreadProc] Exceptional occurred during rendering"

It is a matter of fact that the scene contains:

Polys 2,040,000

Verts: 1,178,000

The computer configuration is:

I5-4670 3.4Ghz

16Gb ram

DirectX 12

Geforce GTX 980ti

 

How can I solve this problem?
