Hi Mira,
Really, you need to show your material settings so we can say what to do.
Without seeing those, I'd say adjust the reflect value, leave reflective glossiness at 1.0 or turn it to .99. Also check the box (reflect on backside), as this will allow your glass to calculate reflections on the backside. If it's still not reflective enough for you, try clicking the 'L' on Fresnel reflections and turning the amount up from 1.6 to 3 or 2.5, test and see what works best.
If it still doesn't work, then right click on the object and select Object Properties, turn on 'Backface cull' and see if your objects have flipped faces. If they do then but a normals modifer on and flip the faces.
If it's still not working, please post your material settings.
Best, Tom

Start with a proper glass setup to begin with, and work from there.
Black diffuse, white reflection, white refraction, fresnel reflections enabled, IOR ~1.6. No falloffs, no mtl wrappers, no fancy stuff. Get the basics right.

Hi Mira,
Sorry for not getting back to you. Please follow Macker’s instructions. That should sort it out for you.
