Anima - stairs issue

Hi all,

recently we had purchased the full version of Anima.

All these tutorials and videos made it look so easy. But there is a problem now...

I exported the circulation path aka stairs and floor slabs to try it out to Anima, applied path and started to put people on it. And the funky things started.

The people jump and fly and all different things as soon as they approach the stairs. They are ok on the flat surfaces, but totally "crazy" on steps.

 

I was thinking that the issue is in the imported background model, so i tried different formats and cleaned it up before the import to Anima.

 

Maybe anyone could share their experience with this Software? Any idea why this issue happens?
