3DS MAX & Vray Refresher - Best Tutorial or Making of?

Hey all! I was a regular here for a long time but took a break from the industry for a while. I'm now getting back into the business again after a few year layoff and I can't believe what I have forgotten! Even the most basic things. Perhaps its because I'm 56 now. But once I see a technique again, I'm like "holy shit, I remember" and it comes right back.

 

I need to ramp up my skills again pretty quickly but I'm getting overwhelmed by all the tutorials out there and don't know where to begin.

 

Can anyone recommend a really good single tutorial, set of tutorials or Making-Of video that is detailed enough to get the cob webs out of my old brain and help get me back up to speed? Something organised and hopefully has the support and asset files included. I'd like a tutorial that goes all the way from scene setup all the way to final render.

 

I'm using Max 2015 and Vray 3.0.
