However, I found there are couples like AXYZ, Human Alloy, and Renderpeople, most popular 3d scanned people webs do not really have similar styles like the images i posted above.

For people who is experienced and elite archviz artists, how can i nail these down?

Thanks so much to take your times to read my posts.

Cheers

So you tell a client a basic architectural animation starts at about $10,000/minute without anything fancy, like green-screen actors, and they looked dazed. They have been trained by popular films to have an expectation on what 'CGI' looks like and can do. (Yes, one can do good work for half than number with compromises and real-time output).

A quick Wiki check shows that at the top end, Star Wars most recent movie cost US$ 317 million to make for 152 minutes of runtime, so more than $2 million per minute to produce and deliver. But you make a lot back in Tshirt sales. That is what clients are expecting to get but not what they expect to pay to get it.
