    Here's wip of a bedroom rendered in mentalray in max 7.
    very simple scene inspired by a photo. just trying to achieve that warm sensual feel in a bedroom.
    im still working on the sensual part....

    Nice star, John!
    I think the light is a bit burned out near the floor. That kind of light isn't supposed to be that strong, I guess (also, it will help you getting that sensual feeling you're looking for).

    i too appreciate ur efforts in doing so but lighting needs to be controlled still-it should not burn n at the same time give realistic look.

    hey john how are you, i just remembered that you tought me or at least motivated me to learn mental ray.
    as usual fantastic work, couble of things i dont like though, first is the strong reflection on floor and bed's side (i think more bump or metal reflection will solve this), two is that strong light source which i cant recognise, three is the strange light on the right pillow's bottom.
    cant wait to see your next update, good luck man
